Willing workers provided tomato harvester machinery and attained specific “piece work” tomato harvester machine picking rates, bucket rates and capsicum picking rates.

Willing Workers was the exclusive labour hire supplier of all pack shed staff at SP Exports. Over 200 staff per day across 3 shed locations – 24hr daily operation – 7 days per week. The staff employed included 10+ truck drivers and forklift drivers, shed supervisors, shed managers and multiple quality assurance staff. Over 100 itinerent staff supplied by WillingWorkers – with over 6 translators.
